Click the links below for guides to utilizing our programs and platforms remotely. In general, please follow these best practices for success with utilizing our systems remotely:

• Use online platforms whenever possible. Your Gateway Outlook email, SeniorSystems/MyBackPack, BeyondPay, and our online curriculum programs can all be accessed via a web browser.

• Utilize the remote server only as needed. If you are a faculty member, please only log on to the server during your assigned time. Do not save materials to the desktop of your remote server. Instead, use the T and O drives for saving as you typically would.

• Check your Gateway voicemail periodcially.
